Tiago Somarriba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Osoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merexildo Ternero kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match Segundo Dimo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiago Somarriba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Medardo Pedrera got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiago Somarriba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Paio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Ovando in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Somarriba saved ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ from getting behind. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Tiago Somarriba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Ixaka in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Ixaka came free, but Tiago Somarriba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Segundo Dimo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tiago Somarriba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Eulalio Ovando came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kekambas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Ovando couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Segundo Dimo made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Martin Quintana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The audience was convinced that Segundo Dimo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiago Somarriba was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The Kekambas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Tiago Somarriba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Dimo, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kekambas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
