Carlos Schneider made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Kristoffer Kråk sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the match, Frederic Kuster had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Samuelsson. Mountainhammer United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frederic Kuster was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jarrett Beljean lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 32nd minute, one of FC Wil 1900:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Wil 1900. The goalkeeper, Carlos Schneider, was totally fooled by Mountainhammer United's Einar Heggert, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 38 minutes into the game, Nicholas Zollinger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Wil 1900's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mountainhammer United the free kick. Nicholas Zollinger kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Carlos Schneider had great luck who in the 40thth minute grab hold of the ball when Uno Gadd from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
