Fidel Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Martin Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Garviras in the 21st minute of play. In the 28th minute, Eulalio Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Dimo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Zoil Peregrin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mancio Estevis hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Eulalio Ovando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zoil Peregrin was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. The Kekambas FC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Kekambas FC's Eulalio Ovando looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 39 minutes into the match, Samuel Paio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zoil Peregrin. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Paio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Samuel Paio took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zoil Peregrin. Zoil Peregrin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After the first half Kekambas FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Kekambas FC's Samuel Paio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zoil Peregrin. That made the score 1-4 after 55 minutes of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Cordareo Berlanga put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cordareo Berlanga hit a great ball. Segundo Dimo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Zoil Peregrin made a huge save. In the 60th minute of the match Kekambas FC got a corner. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Dimo ran over to the corner to take the kick. 61 minutes into the game, Eulalio Ovando lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Zoil Peregrin. In the 65th minute, Samuel Paio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zoil Peregrin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Zoil Peregrin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Ixaka in the 68th minute of play. Andres Beltran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoil Peregrin having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Eulalio Ovando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Zoil Peregrin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Eulalio Ovando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zoil Peregrin was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Segundo Dimo notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Zoil Peregrin. Zoil Peregrin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's zone, Segundo Dimo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoil Peregrin came out of the goal and Segundo Dimo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Saverio Paul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
