Spectators: 7756 (Terracing: 5819, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jörn Hermansson got the match started through his kick off. Ivan Billberg's late challenge caught a Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Billberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes Imperio Catatumbo de Lara got a freekick which was hit by Montae Artealde. Jörn Hermansson took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zoil Peregrin. Zoil Peregrin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Strömsbro IF's Ivan Billberg in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalie prevented a goal. Jens-Ola Norberg charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Ola Norberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Jens-Ola Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match Mancio Estevis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pelle Andreasson skillfully saved the ball. Rickard Söder hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Hjalmar Ahlén hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Strömsbro IF's Pelle Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raebert Manzano in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Billberg came free, but Zoil Peregrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montae Artealde charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Montae Artealde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 24 minutes into the match, Ivan Billberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Zoil Peregrin. Zoil Peregrin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ivan Billberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strömsbro IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Billberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zoil Peregrin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nils-Åke Telin's late challenge caught a Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Åke Telin helped the player get up and apologised. Pelle Andreasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patricio Garviras went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Cordareo Berlanga lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a defensive mix-up in Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's zone, Bernt Löfskog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoil Peregrin came out of the goal and Bernt Löfskog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Garviras made a kick off. Ivan Billberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Nils-Åke Telin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute of the match Jorge Niță shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pelle Andreasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 67 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ola Norberg. In the 70th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Pihlgren to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Strömsbro IF defense, Patricio Garviras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelle Andreasson. The Strömsbro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelle Andreasson should have stopped the shot. If Patricio Garviras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Ivan Billberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zoil Peregrin. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Billberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Jörn Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The Imperio Catatumbo de Lara supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Strömsbro IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Strömsbro IF.
