A collision led to Abutres 2003 FDP getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Dráuzio Batista hit a great ball. Jarūnas Laužikas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Fernandez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Conrado Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarūnas Laužikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Didi Ferreira in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anicetas Eidukonis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arlindo Teixeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anicetas Eidukonis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arlindo Teixeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Anicetas Eidukonis was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Arlindo Teixeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arlindo Teixeira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. A hard shot by Luiz Nóbrega from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Anicetas Eidukonis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Abutres 2003 FDP's Dráuzio Batista pulled a muscle in his back after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 46 minutes, Irmantas Mažvila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hexo Utd and the Abutres 2003 FDP players grew even worse after the yellow card. Conrado Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
