After 18 played minutes Casa Real de Savóia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Prestes. Kauan Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thys Helsen in the 19th minute of the match. The KFC Vliegplein fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when KFC Vliegplein's Kasper Steurms looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Casa Real de Savóia F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wilian Berger hit a great ball. Fabinho Prestes scored 1-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reinaert De Coster, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute Jailson Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaert De Coster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabinho Prestes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Reinaert De Coster when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fabinho Prestes did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-3 to the left of a surprised Reinaert De Coster 38 minutes into the match. Fabinho Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaert De Coster having to interfere. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederic Verduijn was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Casa Real de Savóia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Wilian Berger. Fabinho Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Reinaert De Coster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jailson Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Reinaert De Coster, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jailson Melo struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Reinaert De Coster didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casa Real de Savóia F.C.. 68 minutes into the match, Jailson Melo notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of KFC Vliegplein's Reinaert De Coster. Reinaert De Coster was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes into the game, Jailson Melo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Vliegplein the free kick. A collision led to Casa Real de Savóia F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jailson Melo hit a great ball. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Casa Real de Savóia F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabinho Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thys Helsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaert De Coster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Melo in the 85th minute of play. Reinaert De Coster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
