The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Heitor Seixas kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. With 29 minutes on the clock, Yavuz Selim Uluçam commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 28th minute, one of nRdLiFe:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for nRdLiFe. The referee gave Minho FC a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marco Varela, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of nRdLiFe's Kıraç Dağdelen. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Ziya Tüzün's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egídio Loureiro was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ziya Tüzün in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Loureiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute of the match Sebati Tüzmen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egídio Loureiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ahmet Ziya Tüzün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egídio Loureiro having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, nRdLiFe's Ahmet Ziya Tüzün sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egídio Loureiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Minho FC's Emílio Almeida got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Sebati Tüzmen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egídio Loureiro skillfully saved the ball. Kıraç Dağdelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vilas Boas in the 71st minute of play. After 94 played minutes nRdLiFe got a freekick which was hit by Suavi Kelami. Minho FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
