The supporters of Wariatów Kupa booed when Izaltina FAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda de Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Pietrowski having to interfere. Korneliusz Patrylo charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Korneliusz Patrylo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rafael Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Teofil Wawro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wariatów Kupa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izaltina FAD the free kick. After 41 played minutes Wariatów Kupa got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Wawro. If Duda de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofil Pietrowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Paranaense in the 44th minute of the match. Cristóvão Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Pietrowski having to interfere. Teofil Wawro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Izaltina FAD's Luiz Alcântara was substituted for Rodriguinho Gonçalves. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Alagoano made a kick off. Jurand Marosz kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Ricardinho Arantes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Jurand Marosz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Izaltina FAD's Leandro Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Izaltina FAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Arantes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Wariatów Kupa's zone, Cristóvão Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofil Pietrowski came out of the goal and Cristóvão Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zygmunt Mierzwa, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 97th minute, José Paulo Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Jurand Marosz put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Diego Valladares. The Wariatów Kupa players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
