Marcel Noica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Mendes in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fc S.Zaharesti's Gelu Curuțiu got a free kick in the 7th minute. Waldemar Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mădălin Vintilescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Egídio Cearense hit a great ball. Mădălin Vintilescu charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mădălin Vintilescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute, Mădălin Vintilescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Moraes made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Viorel Lelescu sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute of the match Dan Potoroacă shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sílvio Moraes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Joel Bezerra notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fc S.Zaharesti's Marcel Noica. Marcel Noica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute Bruninho Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Noica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Noica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Encioiu in the 31st minute of play forced Goblins F.C.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viorel Lelescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Sílvio Moraes made a huge save. Zé Pedro Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Noica read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Goblins F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Mădălin Vintilescu scored to the left of an out of position Sílvio Moraes, making the score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruninho Campidelis in the 40th minute of play forced Fc S.Zaharesti's goalkeeper Marcel Noica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Campidelis in the 42nd minute of the match. Zé Pedro Mendes struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Marcel Noica didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goblins F.C.. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Dan Potoroacă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc S.Zaharesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Potoroacă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sílvio Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mădălin Vintilescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Zé Pedro Mendes lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Marcel Noica. Marius Encioiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Moraes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Bruninho Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goblins F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bruninho Campidelis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Noica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Egídio Cearense. In the 77th minute of the match Dan Potoroacă sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sílvio Moraes skillfully saved the ball. After 78 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Terra. 80 minutes into the game, Waldemar Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goblins F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc S.Zaharesti the free kick. Waldemar Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Mădălin Vintilescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oséias Rosa got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 83rd match minute, Goblins F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséias Rosa to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Pedro Mendes in the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fc S.Zaharesti's zone, Bruninho Campidelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Noica came out of the goal and Bruninho Campidelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Waldemar Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mădălin Vintilescu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played.
