But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batho König couldn't finish the play. The coaching staff of Claretiano FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Armando Urquiola had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Claretiano FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dantae Prat in the 78th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Sönke Odenwälder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mantzio Porlier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Dohmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Sönke Odenwälder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaiet Rivera in the 90th minute of play. After 95 played minutes SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Stößlein. In the 96th minute, Dantae Prat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Claretiano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Claretiano FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
