Bruninho Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Șerban Iacobeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasnita's Gavril Manea got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavril Manea in the 13th minute of play forced Goblins F.C.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Drogba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Goblins F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goblins F.C.'s Sílvio Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gelu Tăzlăuanu in the 27th minute of play. Șerban Iacobeanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Pedro Mendes went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Bruninho Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Șerban Iacobeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Pedro Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Șerban Iacobeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Șerban Iacobeanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldemar Ramos went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ernest Gâfu charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernest Gâfu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernest Gâfu hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rasnita reached it. 87 minutes into the match, Goblins F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gavril Manea came free, but Sílvio Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Bruninho Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Șerban Iacobeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 94 minutes into the match, Goblins F.C.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dacian Doman. Goblins F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rasnita for a fine match.
