The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Korneliusz Patrylo during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Wariatów Kupa getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Korneliusz Patrylo hit a great ball. Teofil Pietrowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Pedro Mendes in the 8th minute. Artur Kosmatka's late challenge caught a Goblins F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artur Kosmatka helped the player get up and apologised. Artur Kosmatka kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Sílvio Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Napoleon Biskupiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Zé Pedro Mendes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teofil Pietrowski. The goal made the score 1-0. Felipe Drogba struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Teofil Pietrowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goblins F.C.. 28 minutes into the match, Wariatów Kupa's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Mendes came free, but Teofil Pietrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Wariatów Kupa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zé Pedro Mendes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Wariatów Kupa's Teofil Pietrowski got control of the ball when Zé Pedro Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Pedro Mendes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Teofil Pietrowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Goblins F.C.'s Sílvio Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zygmunt Mierzwa in the 38th minute of play. Felipe Drogba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Wariatów Kupa getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Artur Kosmatka hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes, Goblins F.C.'s Waldemar Ramos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teofil Pietrowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Goblins F.C. reached it. Wariatów Kupa's Teofil Pietrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Pedro Mendes in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Pedro Mendes was the one to do the kick off. If Felipe Drogba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Serafim Terra hit a great ball. Jurand Marosz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Moraes having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Serafim Terra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goblins F.C. and the Wariatów Kupa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Goblins F.C.'s Serafim Terra got a free kick in the 60th minute. Joel Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Zygmunt Mierzwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Moraes having to interfere. Felipe Drogba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofil Pietrowski having to make a save. Goblins F.C.'s Zé Pedro Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, Goblins F.C.'s Waldemar Ramos tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 87thth minute of the game Zé Pedro Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wariatów Kupa's Teofil Pietrowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Wariatów Kupa's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Mendes came free, but Teofil Pietrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wariatów Kupa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
