The GEOMATİC FK fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when GEOMATİC FK's Abdulhamit Onur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 12 minutes into the match, Kasım Yura notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FC Buzău's Gheorghe Vărzaru. Gheorghe Vărzaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Kasım Yura kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gheorghe Vărzaru. That made the score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 21st match minute, GEOMATİC FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samim Ulukut to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Andrieșanu in the 23rd minute of play forced GEOMATİC FK's goalkeeper Baybora Atabek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Kasım Yura took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Gheorghe Vărzaru to make any attempt to save it. GEOMATİC FK's Abdulhamit Onur got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Efe Erdönmez took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gheorghe Vărzaru. Gheorghe Vărzaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, FC Buzău's Cosmin Leucuța got a free kick in the 38th minute. A hard shot by Samim Ulukut from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Gheorghe Vărzaru's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gheorghe Vărzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Başar Özdeğer in the 40th minute of the match. Leonard Dabija charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Dabija the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Buzău getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gheorghe Vărzaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Başar Özdeğer went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Gheorghe Vărzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Türker Maksut in the 68th minute of play. Gheorghe Vărzaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Başar Özdeğer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Efe Erdönmez in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Vărzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The GEOMATİC FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. GEOMATİC FK's Baybora Atabek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Dorineanu in the 94th minute of play. Gheorghe Vărzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulhamit Onur in the 95th minute of play.
