After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Frank Barone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camporioccio VS's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Barone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 5th minute Dario Belfiore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Idacio hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Barsa FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Marin. When Eraldo Russo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Camporioccio VS's protests and gave Eraldo Russo a yellow card for diving instead. Eraldo Russo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of Barsa FC booed when Camporioccio VS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Barone didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Segundo Clis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Attilio Lucentini, 1-0. With a little luck, Camporioccio VS's Attilio Lucentini got control of the ball when Zeledon Marin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zeledon Marin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Attilio Lucentini came out and tried to block the shot, but Zeledon Marin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Barsa FC's Segundo Clis got a free kick in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudio Casiraghi made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Barsa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Caton to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Camporioccio VS getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Florian Vierchowod hit a great ball. Attilio Lucentini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Barone in the 60th minute of play forced Barsa FC's goalkeeper Federico Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Casiraghi in the 63rd minute. The goalkeeper, Federico Pinto, was totally fooled by Camporioccio VS's Alberigo Schirone, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 92 played minutes Barsa FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Clis. Frank Barone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th match minute, Camporioccio VS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Rosati to maneuver through the defense. Attilio Lucentini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Idacio in the 98th minute of play. Camporioccio VS's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Barsa FC had won, even though Camporioccio VS had held more of the ball.
