Cyryl Majorski hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 3rd match minute, FC Kurdish Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Byström to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kurdish Warriors's Henrik Tinglöf slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jedrzej Wojno. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. Folke Alebäcks short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Jedrzej Wojno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jedrzej Wojno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Tinglöf, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. FC Kurdish Warriors's Kjell Deckberg got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomasz Puszynski hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes Kjell Deckberg rounded Thunderstorm Riders's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Folke Alebäck was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Deckberg came free, but Jedrzej Wojno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, one of Thunderstorm Riders:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Thunderstorm Riders. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for FC Kurdish Warriors. Folke Alebäck stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jedrzej Wojno. 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Kurdish Warriors fully deserved thier win.
