An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Peres in the 4th minute of play forced GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper Fabiano Ciraci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Cafu de Castro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Gargano in the 8th minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ramón Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 played minutes GiaSiRo 08 got a freekick which was hit by Camillo Nola. Armando Gargano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of GiaSiRo 08 booed when Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauro Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Cabrini in the 24th minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ramón Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorginho Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ramón Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Cabrini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Frank Musacchio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the game, GiaSiRo 08's Federico Pietrini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramón Bertassi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Pietrini came free, but Ramón Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GiaSiRo 08's Fabiano Ciraci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Aguiar in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gil Peres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of GiaSiRo 08 booed when Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francesco Cabrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramón Bertassi having to interfere. Ramón Bertassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Pietrini, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Francesco Cabrini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GiaSiRo 08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Cabrini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramón Bertassi came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by GiaSiRo 08's Francesco Cabrini. But to his dismay, Francesco Cabrini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 75th minute Edmílson Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Ciraci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramón Bertassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Gargano, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorginho Senna got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Cabrini in the 81st minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ramón Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Ciraci made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Gil Peres sent off a good shot on target. Edmílson Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Ciraci having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Gargano during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee ended the match the GiaSiRo 08 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
