Silvestre Eder's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Igor Camargo firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 38 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Arí Lucas. In the 39th minute, Lorenzo Shantala sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Villa Verde FC's Igor Camargo didn't even have to move. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvestre Eder to make the kick off. Silvestre Eder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Igor Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Alonzo Marques managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Villa Verde FC's Afonso Baiano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Villa Verde FC's Willian Vergílio got a free kick in the 68th minute. Alonzo Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Luís Fernando Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villa Verde FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Fernando Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alonzo Marques came out and tried to block the shot, but Afonso Baiano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 87th minute. Ladislao Urtats's late challenge caught a Villa Verde FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ladislao Urtats helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 played minutes ⚽TONY FC⚽ got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Urtats. Marcelo Alagoano, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
