Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jean-Yves Échard started the match with the kick off. Donatien Delourme hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Tours Football Club's Elias Mouton got a free kick in the 4th minute. Elano Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Yves Échard's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the Tours Football Club defense, Severino Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Pradelles. The Tours Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Pradelles should have stopped the shot. Flávio Tinoco hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Gérald Humez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elano Toledo skillfully saved the ball. Christian Pradelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Cruz in the 32nd minute of the match. Joachim Migne hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Christian Pradelles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severino Dantas's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Elano Toledo came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Tours Football Club's Bruno Carli. But to his dismay, Bruno Carli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tours Football Club's Wilfried Denys got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flávio Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severino Dantas to strike the kick off in the second half. Tours Football Club's Christian Pradelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor de Medeiros in the 56th minute of play. Christian Pradelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Dantas in the 58th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Elias Mouton. Alexandre da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Pradelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Dantas in the 66th minute of play. Elano Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Carli in the 67th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Dito Donatello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PIRATAS TFP and the Tours Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Donatello to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Fellipe Godoi hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes, PIRATAS TFP's Manuel Vianna shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christian Pradelles came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PIRATAS TFP reached it. Elano Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donatien Delourme in the 80th minute of play. Christian Pradelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 91st match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre da Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
