El retorno del Pincha's Saturnino Michael got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 7 minutes, Teofilo Tiso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El retorno del Pincha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Tiso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute of the match, Marco Pudes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enzo Ostadar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Pudes in the 13th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Enzo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Delmar Montrelle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El retorno del Pincha the free kick. Alfredo Cedro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Froylan in the 66th minute of play forced El retorno del Pincha's goalkeeper Feliberto Jerardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Guilabertus came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Feliberto Jerardo could save by the left post. Enzo Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Platon in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Enzo Ostadar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feliberto Jerardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Ricart in the 94th minute of play. Uriel Teyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Enzo Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El retorno del Pincha's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
