In the 6th match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Foeke Palsma to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Brzeźnica Lynx's Cyprian Gniech tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Brzeźnica Lynx's Remigiusz Polakowski got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute, Wessel Wisgerhof got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of De Digitale Dribbelaars booed when Brzeźnica Lynx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Gniech didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Cobus Heide sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Brzeźnica Lynx's Dobromir Robak didn't even have to move. Brzeźnica Lynx's Dobromir Robak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Brzeźnica Lynx from getting a goal against them. Harris Staarman made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 18thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Dobromir Robak would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Cobus Heide took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dobromir Robak. Brzeźnica Lynx's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to De Digitale Dribbelaars getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Rein Zeijlemaker hit a great ball. Harris Staarman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Dobromir Robak made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Foeke Palsma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Digitale Dribbelaars's goalkeeper Vincent Wekenburg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 47th match minute, Brzeźnica Lynx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dariusz Sierocki to maneuver through the defense. Harris Staarmans short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Dobromir Robak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacek Indyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Harris Staarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Robak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Brzeźnica Lynx's goal looked a bit too open when Harris Staarman came free, but Dobromir Robak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes, Stephan de Visser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Digitale Dribbelaars and the Brzeźnica Lynx players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan de Visser to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Jakub Tomiczek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harris Staarman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Harris Staarman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Dobromir Robak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. De Digitale Dribbelaars's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
