Vincent Wekenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Örtendahl in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Degerfors IF getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Jakob Markusson hit a great ball. Karsten Heerspink hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Vincent Wekenburg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save De Digitale Dribbelaars from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Johannes Örtendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Wekenburg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Wekenburg made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Johan Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. When Foeke Palsma came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the De Digitale Dribbelaars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Foeke Palsma couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Mitchell Roelofsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pontus Lindström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Degerfors IF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jakob Markusson hit a great ball. After the first half De Digitale Dribbelaars were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Johannes Örtendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Wekenburg having to interfere. The supporters of De Digitale Dribbelaars booed when Degerfors IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Wik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harris Staarman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Pontus Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincent Wekenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Örtendahl in the 58th minute of the match. Pontus Lindström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wessel Wisgerhof in the 66th minute. After 67 minutes, Foeke Palsma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Digitale Dribbelaars and the Degerfors IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Claes Stenman fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Degerfors IF's protests and gave Claes Stenman a yellow card for diving instead. Claes Stenman kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Vincent Wekenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Örtendahl in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of De Digitale Dribbelaars booed when Degerfors IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agne Widberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Vincent Wekenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Johnsson in the 96th minute of play. Although Degerfors IF had been in control for most of the match, De Digitale Dribbelaars still came away with the win.
