Spectators: 7785 (Terracing: 5840, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matei Udrescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Basarab Balc fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE CRYSTAL SHIP's protests and gave Basarab Balc a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basarab Balc to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matei Udrescu to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Umbruso hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Martin Silvino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paul Piersic. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matei Udrescu in the 27th minute of play forced Atletico Calamar Saavedra's goalkeeper Iker Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matei Udrescu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 32nd play minutes Matei Udrescu shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Iker Gilen and just under the crossbar into goal. 40 minutes into the match, Matei Udrescu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Iker Gilen. Iker Gilen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 48 minutes into the match, Matei Udrescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iker Gilen. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matei Udrescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.

The wind increased when Jonatan Igon made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Atletico Calamar Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. Dorel Domnescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Gilen having to make a save. Paul Piersic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Umbruso in the 58th minute of play. When Basilio Rioja fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Calamar Saavedra's protests and gave Basilio Rioja a yellow card for diving instead. Blas Quiroga's late challenge caught a THE CRYSTAL SHIP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blas Quiroga helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Atletico Calamar Saavedra getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Blas Quiroga hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Jonatan Igon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Piersic. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonatan Igon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matei Udrescu in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Gilen saved Atletico Calamar Saavedra from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Dorel Domnescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guaberto Peruanton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Miguel Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paul Piersic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorel Domnescu to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Rioja was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Basilio Rioja hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Calamar Saavedra's zone, Dorel Domnescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Gilen came out of the goal and Dorel Domnescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matei Udrescu had several of the Atletico Calamar Saavedra's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Iker Gilen as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Iurie Floruțiu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iker Gilen. That made the score 2-5 after 88 minutes of play. Basarab Balc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Iker Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Martin Silvino got a free kick in the 96th minute. The THE CRYSTAL SHIP players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
