In the 9th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Gâțea to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute of the match Gustaw Misiewicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paul Piersic showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of RKS Królewscy booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basarab Hâjdău didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Jerzy Zieba managed to get in a good position for a shot. RKS Królewscy's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerzy Zieba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Piersic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paul Piersic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Cipinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Jan Drapinski hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jerzy Dudek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iacob Stanciu in the 25th minute of the match. Matei Udrescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Napoleon Sobczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RKS Królewscy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THE CRYSTAL SHIP the free kick. Jerzy Zieba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Piersic having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iurie Floruțiu to maneuver through the defense. Paul Piersic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Zieba in the 34th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Matei Udrescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mihai Staicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of THE CRYSTAL SHIP booed when RKS Królewscy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Drapinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Siekierski in the 56th minute of play forced THE CRYSTAL SHIP's goalkeeper Paul Piersic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matei Udrescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jerzy Dudek came out and tried to block the shot, but Matei Udrescu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, RKS Królewscy's Jerzy Dudek got control of the ball when Matei Udrescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerzy Dudek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matei Udrescu's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute, Basarab Balc made a precise shot to the right of Jerzy Dudek. RKS Królewscy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Jerzy Dudek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Stanciu in the 76th minute of play. Iurie Floruțiu struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Jerzy Dudek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iurie Floruțiu during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 83 played minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Floruțiu. The supporters of RKS Królewscy booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basarab Hâjdău didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paul Piersic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerzy Zieba went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 90 played minutes RKS Królewscy got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Siembab. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. THE CRYSTAL SHIP had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
