Spectators: 7869 (Terracing: 5903, Seating: 1810, VIP seats: 156) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kim Ugla kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Rank 1's Bernt Johansson got a free kick in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rank 1's zone, Silvestre Elodio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Erik Andersson came out of the goal and Silvestre Elodio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernt Johansson's late challenge caught a ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Johansson helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Johansson. Eric Paulin's late challenge caught a ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eric Paulin helped the player get up and apologised. If Fabio Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 booed when Rank 1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Ugla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rank 1's Eric Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Kim Ugla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roberto Abbondanzieri. The goal made the score 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Eric Paulin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Roberto Abbondanzieri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 29 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Blomkvist. After recieving a nice pass, ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's Silvestre Elodio tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Rank 1's Eric Paulin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roberto Abbondanzieri. Roberto Abbondanzieri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Pål Svensson struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Roberto Abbondanzieri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rank 1. After 42 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Björling. Karl-Erik Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Elodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute of the match, Fabio Fiz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Karl-Erik Andersson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Blomkvist during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Rank 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Blomkvist to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Erik Andersson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Silvestre Elodio. In the 57th minute Fabio Fiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Rami kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Bernt Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rank 1's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernt Johansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Abbondanzieri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Silvestre Elodio hit a great ball. Fabio Fiz had several of the Rank 1's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Karl-Erik Andersson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Kim Ugla kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Fabio Fiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Erik Andersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Fabio Fiz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Karl-Erik Andersson, passed just outside the right post. In the 86th match minute, ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Igon to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Hellström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fabio Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Paulin in the 92nd minute of play forced ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's goalkeeper Roberto Abbondanzieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Neron. ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's Roberto Abbondanzieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Ugla in the 95th minute of play. ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
