Kent Barling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 崔朋誉 having to interfere. 范益俊 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Kirby Chant made a huge save. 崔朋誉 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Barling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kirby Chant made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when 孔林镇 sent off a good shot on target. 严渊坚 kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 刘飞耀 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kirby Chant having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kent Barling to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Manly FC's goal looked a bit too open when 刘飞耀 came free, but Kirby Chant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Munroe Brien charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Munroe Brien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Munroe Brien kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Kirby Chant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孔林镇 in the 84th minute of the match. If 刘飞耀 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ⚓️奔⚓️波⚓️霸⚓️ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manly FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
