Jann Leiten hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Oskar Vaha managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kopli's supporters rose to their feet, but Oskar Vaha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Bear breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Vaha in the 9th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Maximino Bear to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Navalito's Esteban Ballesteros got a free kick in the 12th minute. Juss Voormansik kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Severino Ensslin fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navalito's protests and gave Severino Ensslin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Navalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Ensslin to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Romano Quevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Kopli's Aivar Laineste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordi Lazcano in the 34th minute of play. Maximino Bear took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lembit Õigus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Ensslin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Aivar Laineste made a huge save. After the first half FC Kopli were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lembit Õigus to make the kick off. Maximino Bear showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jann Leiten, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the FC Kopli defense, Severino Ensslin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aivar Laineste. The FC Kopli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aivar Laineste should have stopped the shot. After 69 played minutes Navalito got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Hernán Amthauer. Martin Ütt charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Ütt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Martin Ütt kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Aivar Laineste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Ensslin in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes FC Kopli got a freekick which was hit by Lembit Õigus. If Jann Leiten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes of play, FC Kopli's Jann Leiten made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Bear was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 88 played minutes Navalito got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Paravic. Oskar Vaha hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The FC Kopli supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Kopli would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
