Maximino Bear made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jann Leiten in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jann Leiten in the 14th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Maximino Bear to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Navalito's Maximino Bear played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lembit Õigus in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Navalito booed when FC Kopli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maarek Poltimäe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximino Bear was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Lembit Õigus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lembit Õigus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Quintín Riffo scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aivar Laineste, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maarek Laaser charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maarek Laaser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Lembit Õigus came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Kopli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lembit Õigus couldn't finish the play. FC Kopli were furious when Maarek Poltimäe was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to FC Kopli getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Maarek Poltimäe hit a great ball. Aivar Laineste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Ensslin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oskar Vaha to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Jann Leiten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Kopli getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Urmet Rääbis hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Anastasio Puccio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivar Laineste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Kopli's Hardi Pett got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Romano Quevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd match minute, Navalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regino Matas to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Navalito defense, Jann Leiten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Bear. The Navalito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Bear should have stopped the shot. After 91 played minutes Navalito got a freekick which was hit by Romano Quevedo. Navalito's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
