The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Beetje Moe Re-United's zone, Feđa Zajić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Helwig came out of the goal and Feđa Zajić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Njegovan Baletić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivo Mastebroek's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After 7 minutes, Ivo Mastebroek made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Warriors of Gora™'s Njegovan Baletić tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Beetje Moe Re-United's goal looked a bit too open when Feđa Zajić came free, but Edwin Helwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivo Mastebroek in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Njegovan Baletić saved Warriors of Gora™ from getting behind. Njegovan Baletić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Mastebroek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksandar Sokić in the 28th minute of play forced Beetje Moe Re-United's goalkeeper Edwin Helwig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin Helwig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoran Čanović in the 31st minute of play. When Beetje Moe Re-United's Ivo Mastebroek in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Warriors of Gora™'s goalie prevented a goal. If Alfred Nagel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Njegovan Baletić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Mastebroek in the 44th minute of the match. Henry Schoenmakers charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Schoenmakers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Mastebroek in the 57th minute of play forced Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Njegovan Baletić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zoran Čanović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edwin Helwig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Beetje Moe Re-United's Henry Schoenmakers got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Zoran Čanović shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edwin Helwig showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Aleksandar Sokić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwin Helwig. Beetje Moe Re-United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aleksandar Sokić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Edwin Helwig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avram Šekularac in the 74th minute of play. Ivo Mastebroek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Srećko Bečanović hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Njegovan Baletić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Nagel in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Njegovan Baletić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Beetje Moe Re-United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Beetje Moe Re-United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
