After 16th play minutes Teofilo Barros shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Aurelio Mederi and just under the crossbar into goal. Luis María Camacho kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Poulus Pedraza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSD Concepción fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 43 minutes into the game, Giancarlo Villanueva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSD Concepción's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Utopía Muerta FC the free kick. After 43 played minutes CSD Concepción got a freekick which was hit by Giancarlo Villanueva. A collision led to Utopía Muerta FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Placido Abaunza to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Utopía Muerta FC's Cayetano Ponc got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Utopía Muerta FC's Aurelio Mederi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Macuer in the 54th minute of play. After 68 played minutes, Utopía Muerta FC's Teodoro Guerau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marino Alzola came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Utopía Muerta FC reached it. CSD Concepción's Marino Alzola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save CSD Concepción from getting a goal against them. Jaume Balcazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of CSD Concepción booed when Utopía Muerta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Ponc didn't get a good kick on the ball. CSD Concepción were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Utopía Muerta FC for a fine match.
