Ike Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Rudqvist in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredric Rudqvist in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ike Schmeichel saved F.C. YKE from getting behind. After a rather tough play, F.C. YKE's Emanuel Şimoc got a free kick in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, F.C. YKE's Dorin Tâlvescu got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ernst Dahlberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Niclas Norberg hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Sacri FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Ignea came free, but Arvid Bremming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arvid Bremming was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Cazimir Puișoru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Asklund in the 38th minute of play forced F.C. YKE's goalkeeper Ike Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ike Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredric Rudqvist in the 40th minute of the match. Arvid Bremming took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Ignea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Ernest Ignea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvid Bremming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The wind increased when Max Sandström made the kick off in the second half. Max Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sacri FC were furious when Olov Berg was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 57th match minute, Sacri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Berg to maneuver through the defense. When Cazimir Puișoru came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the F.C. YKE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cazimir Puișoru couldn't finish the play. Stig-Åke Asklund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Ike Schmeichel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stig-Åke Asklund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ike Schmeichel having to make a save. Kim Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ike Schmeichel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredric Rudqvist in the 71st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stig-Åke Asklund during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stig-Åke Asklund hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. YKE's zone, Oliver Askelöf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ike Schmeichel came out of the goal and Oliver Askelöf tried to chip the ball over his head. A very good chance. Greger Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ike Schmeichel having to interfere. A collision led to F.C. YKE getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Pavel Soare hit a great ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Fredric Rudqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacri FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredric Rudqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, F.C. YKE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Soare to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. YKE's zone, Max Sandström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ike Schmeichel came out of the goal and Max Sandström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Greger Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes of play, Sacri FC's Stig-Åke Asklund made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ike Schmeichel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
