Grigoris Bertsis hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Paulo Paes during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GREEN LIONS booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Paulo Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grigoris Bertsis charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grigoris Bertsis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GREEN LIONS's Grigoris Bertsis got a free kick in the 9th minute. Toni Ramos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 13 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Andrézinho Mandrak. 15 minutes into the game, Andreas Seremetiadis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diego de Toledo. Andreas Seremetiadis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Theofanis Tseberlidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Paulo Paes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Seremetiadis in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, GREEN LIONS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alekos Niniadis to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, October 04's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Seremetiadis came free, but Diego de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to October 04 getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Pedro Paulo Paes hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Petros Gogolos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Andrézinho Mandrak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The October 04 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Diego de Toledo made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Valerios Melogiannis sent off a good shot on target. Alekos Niniadis kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Seremetiadis to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, GREEN LIONS's Andreas Seremetiadis got a free kick in the 51st minute. Wesley Teles scored 2-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theofanis Tseberlidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Paulo Paes got free with Theofanis Tseberlidis in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to October 04 getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fabinho Falcão hit a great ball. GREEN LIONS's Andreas Seremetiadis got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Valerios Melogiannis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Toni Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes, GREEN LIONS's Grigoris Bertsis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Diego de Toledo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GREEN LIONS reached it. October 04's Diego de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Maragos in the 83rd minute of play. After 83 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Andrézinho Mandrak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerios Melogiannis in the 86th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Diego de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Seremetiadis in the 90th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
