If Aurelio Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aurelio Pero sped through Alvarado de Mar del Plata's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teodosio Macerio. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Manantiales Fc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
