Figueira SC FSCMZ's Alexsandro Carioca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Figueira SC FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute Simão Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Alexsandro Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Teles in the 19th minute of play. Diego de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Waldemar Maranhense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Figueira SC FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcelinho Dias hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The supporters of Figueira SC FSCMZ booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wesley Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego de Toledo came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Figueira SC FSCMZ's Fábio Arantes. But to his dismay, Fábio Arantes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Figueira SC FSCMZ booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Rosado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Diego de Toledo made a huge save. Waldemar Maranhense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diego de Toledo came out and tried to block the shot, but Waldemar Maranhense slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 64th minute. Diego de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Arantes in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Waldemar Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Arantes in the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to October 04 getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ruy Lira hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Simão Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Tião Amaral. Diego de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simão Pinheiro took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego de Toledo. Diego de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 91st minute, Dário de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabinho Falcão hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
