With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Pero in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Pello saved Sirius Dog from getting behind. Conrado Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Jakobe, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fulgencio Rivas charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulgencio Rivas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Manantiales Fc got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Rivas. A hard shot by Hermengildo Tauro from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Conrado Martxot's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Manantiales Fc's Conrado Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Ramos in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Pero got free with Nereo Pello in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute Feliciano Darien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Manantiales Fc got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Pedroso. In the 68th minute of the match Vladimiro Aguirre sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Conrado Martxot skillfully saved the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Sirius Dog's Serafino Aguilera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Martxot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Conrado Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sirius Dog fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manantiales Fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
