The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Bäcklin got free with Noël Clenet in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute of the match Olivier Barnier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven Palmquist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Saint Côme de Fresné's zone, Paul Broberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noël Clenet came out of the goal and Paul Broberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ruben Bénier kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Clenet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Saint Côme de Fresné from getting a goal against them. In the 21st match minute, Scrotum Kickers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Jonsson to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Enström got free with Noël Clenet in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Guillaume Barillot fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Côme de Fresné's protests and gave Guillaume Barillot a yellow card for diving instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guillaume Barillot to strike the kick off in the second half. Sven Palmquist made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Thibaut Abeille sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the game, Paul Broberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Noël Clenet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Scrotum Kickers FC's Jörgen Stephansson got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 73rd match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillaume Barillot to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Scrotum Kickers FC's Sven Palmquist got control of the ball when Yazid Debuire tried to sneak it across the goal line.
