Pierre-Henri Oudard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Arce in the 3rd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes En avant de guingamp got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Michel Caspar. After 13 played minutes La France FC got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Theobald. Jean-Charles Desmoulins might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilio Galindo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jean-Charles Desmoulins ran back to his position shaking his head. Pierre-Henri Oudard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Florent Fernandes took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Emilio Galindo to make any attempt to save it. In the 35th match minute, En avant de guingamp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francis Attal to maneuver through the defense. Jose Ponc hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Emilio Galindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florent Fernandes in the 42nd minute. A collision led to La France FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Cleto Peru hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, En avant de guingamp's Florent Fernandes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emilio Galindo. Emilio Galindo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After having played for 48 minutes, Djimmy Beaufort managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. En avant de guingamp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djimmy Beaufort was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Cleto Peru made the kick off in the second half. Pierre-Henri Oudard was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Cleto Peru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cleto Peru really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Emilio Galindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florent Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean-Charles Desmoulins hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Guy Pfeiffer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Jose Ponc in the 64th minute really tested Pierre-Henri Oudard's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 66 minutes into the game, Jean-Charles Desmoulins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. En avant de guingamp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La France FC the free kick. Jean-Charles Desmoulins kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Djimmy Beaufort managed to get in a good position for a shot. En avant de guingamp's supporters rose to their feet, but Djimmy Beaufort was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Galindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Galindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florent Fernandes went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Artemio Dalmai hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Jean-Charles Desmoulins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emilio Galindo came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by En avant de guingamp's Francis Attal. But to his dismay, Francis Attal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2.
