RACIN DE CHAWEN's Tohias Jubera got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pierre-Henri Oudard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hustaz Dagora in the 22nd minute of the match. Pierre-Henri Oudard came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by RACIN DE CHAWEN's Regis Suarez. But to his dismay, Regis Suarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 33rd minute Jean-Charles Desmoulins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolo Ocaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre-Henri Oudard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hustaz Dagora, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Regis Suarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Tohias Jubera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Charlie Jalabert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pierre-Henri Oudard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Revuelta, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute.
