Spectators: 7831 (Terracing: 5874, Seating: 1801, VIP seats: 156) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alejo Louis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Amador Jakue came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by La France FC's Jose Ponc. But to his dismay, Jose Ponc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, La France FC's Artemio Dalmai got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Mannie to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, one of La France FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Everardo Loi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Sergio Arces short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Amador Jakue to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 32 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Loi. After some careless play in the La France FC defense, Alejo Louis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Galindo. The La France FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Galindo should have stopped the shot. Elvio Gonsalve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Sergio Arce made the kick off in the second half. Alejo Louis might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilio Galindo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejo Louis ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jaime Mundo hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Alejo Louis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Leones FC booed when La France FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Olivar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amador Jakue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Arce in the 79th minute of play. Emilio Galindo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alejo Louis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. A collision led to La France FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Hector Nel hit a great ball. Emiliano Faro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Sergio Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to La France FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Sergio Arce hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Leones FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
