In the 16th minute, one of Manchester United F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Manchester United F.C.. Claus Jans placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Tzanyo Zvúncharov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo Schellekens in the 23rd minute. Tzanyo Zvúncharov acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Henri Langendonckx. If Pavlin Karadimitrov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Les Presidents FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Claus Jans hit a great ball. Cedric Theuniers's late challenge caught a Manchester United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cedric Theuniers helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 33 minutes, Gancho Nenchov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gancho Nenchov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rein De Rijck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tenyo Machkov in the 39th minute of the match. Ivo Schellekens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tzanyo Zvúncharov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pavlin Karadimitrov to strike the kick off in the second half. Beloslav Yanachkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 54 played minutes Les Presidents FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Spoelbergs. After a defensive mix-up in Les Presidents FC's zone, Tenyo Machkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rein De Rijck came out of the goal and Tenyo Machkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gancho Nenchov hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Ivo Schellekens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzanyo Zvúncharov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Pavlin Karadimitrov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rein De Rijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rein De Rijck was a little too slow when Tenyo Machkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-1. Ivo Schellekens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tzanyo Zvúncharov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sander De Rudder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tzanyo Zvúncharov having to interfere. Les Presidents FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Manchester United F.C. had controlled the match.
