The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Dorian Valladares came free, but Gösta Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Hortêncio Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Käka Puck BK's Daniel Sundström got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Váldson Lopes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gösta Carlsson skillfully saved the ball. When Dorian Valladares came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Divina Comédia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorian Valladares couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Cristiano Furtado made a precise shot to the right of Gösta Carlsson. Käka Puck BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Käka Puck BK's zone, Dorian Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Carlsson came out of the goal and Dorian Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hortêncio Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gösta Carlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogério Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Wickander in the 37th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Käka Puck BK got a freekick which was hit by Peter Lövgren. Cristiano Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gösta Carlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Käka Puck BK's Gösta Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Valladares in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Odin made a kick off. Dorian Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gösta Carlsson having to interfere. In the 52nd minute Dieguinho de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorian Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes Käka Puck BK got a freekick which was hit by Peter Lövgren. Hortêncio Viana struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Gösta Carlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Divina Comédia FC. The supporters of Käka Puck BK booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Paulo Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Dorian Valladares notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Käka Puck BK's Gösta Carlsson. Gösta Carlsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Divina Comédia FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
