After a rather tough play, Les Presidents FC's Joachim Oliviers got a free kick in the 7th minute. Rein De Rijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. AC Mayonnaise's Sune Lidberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rein De Rijck but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Les Presidents FC's Rein De Rijck got control of the ball when Oscar Holmberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Les Presidents FC's Ivo Schellekens got a free kick in the 15th minute. Rein De Rijck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Sundberg in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Les Presidents FC's Rein De Rijck got control of the ball when Oscar Holmberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Les Presidents FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Joachim Oliviers hit a great ball. In the 29th match minute, AC Mayonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Forsman to maneuver through the defense. Les Presidents FC's Claus Jans couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AC Mayonnaise. Rein De Rijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Arne Ödman, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Stig-Arne Ödman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rein De Rijck having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Rein De Rijck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kjell-Arne Lindberg. In the 46th match minute, Les Presidents FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Schellekens to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Thomas Örtlund in the 47th minute really tested Rein De Rijck's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sander De Rudder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rein De Rijck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig-Arne Ödman went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Rein De Rijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Arne Ödman, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute, Alfons Sundberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Mayonnaise fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 70th minute, Sander De Rudder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sune Lidberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rein De Rijck. Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AC Mayonnaise's zone, Joachim Oliviers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdemar Jönsson came out of the goal and Joachim Oliviers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Sundberg came free, but Rein De Rijck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sune Lidberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rein De Rijck. Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rein De Rijck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Holmberg in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Henri Langendonckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AC Mayonnaise's Sune Lidberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Les Presidents FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Sundberg in the 91st minute of play forced Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Rein De Rijck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95thth minute of the game Alfons Sundberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Les Presidents FC's Rein De Rijck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Les Presidents FC's Rein De Rijck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Sundberg in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that AC Mayonnaise were the better team. AC Mayonnaise's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
