Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5738, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristiano Furtado kicked off to start the match. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Cavalcante, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Luiz Guilherme Sanches received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sandro Soares came out and tried to block the shot, but Luiz Guilherme Sanches slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Sousa during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 20 played minutes Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Sousa. 23 minutes into the game, Luiz Guilherme Sanches recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sandro Soares. Luiz Guilherme Sanches showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Divina Comédia FC's José Paulo Negri got a free kick in the 31st minute. Rogério Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Cavalcante in the 33rd minute of play. Cristiano Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Divina Comédia FC's zone, Eduardo Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal and Eduardo Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF were furious when Álvaro Sousa was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Álvaro Sousa hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Sandro Soares made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Váldson Lopes sent off a good shot on target. 48 minutes into the match, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Waldemar Rodrigues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rogério Ceni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

If João Francisco Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the game, Divina Comédia FC's Vito Arruda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandro Soares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 64 played minutes Divina Comédia FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Sanches. 66 minutes into the match, Cristiano Furtado notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Sandro Soares. Sandro Soares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Divina Comédia FC booed when Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robinho Siqueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matías Cavalcante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86 minutes of play, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's João Francisco Xavier made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogério Ceni was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Francisco Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Rogério Ceni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandro Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Valladares in the 97th minute of play. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
