Alex Nero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fidel Hernando firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 13 minutes, Carmelo Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Northern California's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Oihan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 14 played minutes Northern California got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Estebe. Fidel Hernando made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Alex Nero sent off a good shot on target. Fidel Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Andreola in the 19th minute of play. Alex Nero came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fidel Hernando could save by the left post. The wind increased when Francesco Restaino made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Northern California defense, Francesco Restaino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Hernando. Fidel Hernando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Andreola in the 79th minute of the match. Fidel Hernando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Nero went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Garofalo came free, but Fidel Hernando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes, Angel Teofilio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Northern California and the Coriano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Northern California's Angel Teofilio got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
