After some careless play in the Real Club Celta de Vigo defense, Karl-Ove Barck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Rico. The Real Club Celta de Vigo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Rico should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul Käcker in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Rico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Barck in the 23rd minute of play forced Real Club Celta de Vigo's goalkeeper Cristo Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Club Celta de Vigo's Danilo Santander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Filiph Hedling. That made the score 3-1 after 25 minutes of play. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Allan Rudqvist hit a great ball. Cristo Rico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Barck in the 42nd minute of play. Alvar Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute Edvard Nykvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Burni Justo to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Paul Käcker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristo Rico. That made the score 3-2 in the 53 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Real Club Celta de Vigo's zone, Paul Käcker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Rico came out of the goal and Paul Käcker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edvard Nykvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Cristo Rico made a huge save. Valerio Delgado hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Edvard Nykvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristo Rico skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Ove Barck in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Rico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristo Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Hägg in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Hans Rudqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes Axel Hägg rounded Real Club Celta de Vigo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-3. Karl-Ove Barck struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Cristo Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Lions FC. Cristo Rico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Barck in the 89th minute of play. After 94 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Axel Samuelsson. In the 96th minute, Burni Justo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filiph Hedling was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4.
