The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rune Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Ipar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when BK Gubbhöft was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Wennerquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Flavio Eneas managed to get in a good position for a shot. MOEBIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Eneas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Jansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Ipar came free, but Rune Jansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Diego Ipar made a precise shot to the right of Rune Jansson. BK Gubbhöft's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Aquiles Castulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Strandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Strandberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Aquiles Castulo made a huge save. Rune Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Matxin in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Björck came free, but Aquiles Castulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Åke Wennerquist in the 38th minute of play forced MOEBIO's goalkeeper Aquiles Castulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when MOEBIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Castulo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Björck in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Flavio Eneas made the kick off in the second half. Rune Jansson was a little too slow when Fabio Matxin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-3. Rune Jansson made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Filomeno Luar sent off a good shot on target. Filomeno Luar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Rune Jansson made a huge save. After 65 minutes, Jens-Åke Wennerquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Gubbhöft and the MOEBIO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes BK Gubbhöft got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Wennerquist. Rune Jansson came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by MOEBIO's Flavio Eneas. But to his dismay, Flavio Eneas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Rune Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Eneas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Diego Ipar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rune Jansson. The goal made the score 0-5. After a rather tough play, MOEBIO's Emanuel Mel got a free kick in the 77th minute. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when BK Gubbhöft was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Strandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, MOEBIO's Rune Jansson threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fabio Matxin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gabriel Strandberg charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Strandberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when BK Gubbhöft was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Strandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Matxin kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The MOEBIO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MOEBIO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
