The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jânio de Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Templários MZC's Luiz Gustavo Eger got control of the ball when Wojciech Domeracki tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Templários MZC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gildo das Neves hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Jânio de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Jurgiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Templários MZC's Marquinhos Vianna was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Daniel Jurgiel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jânio de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Jurgiel having to interfere. If Germano Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Daniel Jurgiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Loyola in the 21st minute of play. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jânio de Barros sped through KS Piastów Sosnowiec's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Jurgiel. After 31 minutes, Jânio de Barros made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Daniel Jurgiel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Jurgiel came out of the goal and Romário Nóbrega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44thth minute of the game Romário Nóbrega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Daniel Jurgiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Germano Loyola scored 0-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Jurgiel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Wojciech Domeracki made the kick off in the second half. When Germano Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Templários MZC's protests and gave Germano Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Templários MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Loyola to maneuver through the defense. Romário Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Jurgiel having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play, Templários MZC's Jânio de Barros made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Jurgiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 89 in the game by Jânio de Barros from a close distance when the talented Daniel Jurgiel managed to make a qualified save. Templários MZC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
