Genaro Maria helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Maria. Izydor Falkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Txartiko having to interfere. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Independiente the free kick.
