Spectators: 7680 (Terracing: 5761, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wojciech Domeracki kicked off to start the match. Luiz Gustavo Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Radzyminski in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Jan Radzyminski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Daniel Jurgiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save KS Piastów Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Germano Loyola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Jurgiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in KS Piastów Sosnowiec's zone, Gildo das Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Jurgiel came out of the goal and Gildo das Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Templários MZC's Romário Nóbrega slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Jurgiel. That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. Gildo das Neves's late challenge caught a KS Piastów Sosnowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gildo das Neves helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Templários MZC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gildo das Neves hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jânio de Barros in the 23rd minute of play forced KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Daniel Jurgiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of KS Piastów Sosnowiec booed when Templários MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jânio de Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the KS Piastów Sosnowiec defense, Germano Loyola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Jurgiel. The KS Piastów Sosnowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Jurgiel should have stopped the shot. Daniel Jurgiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Germano Loyola in the 40th minute. Daniel Jurgiel was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Telmo Tasso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Telmo Tasso really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Luiz Gustavo Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Radzyminski in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jânio de Barros was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Telmo Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Jurgiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arkadiusz Jastrowicz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Jânio de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Daniel Jurgiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Dobromir Marosz got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 60 played minutes Templários MZC got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Tasso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário Nóbrega in the 62nd minute of play forced KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Daniel Jurgiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germano Loyola took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Jurgiel. Daniel Jurgiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Daniel Jurgiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jânio de Barros in the 67th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Jan Radzyminski took a quick shot and it went in 6-1 without a chance for Luiz Gustavo Eger to make any attempt to save it. In the 77th match minute, Templários MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telmo Tasso to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Jurgiel came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Templários MZC's Jânio de Barros. But to his dismay, Jânio de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. 87 minutes into the match, Jânio de Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Jurgiel. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jânio de Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Luiz Gustavo Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Domeracki in the 91st minute of play.
