Silvano Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Abajas came free, but Silvano Benat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Laurin.
