Rafinha Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murathan Temren in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Vila Mascote FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Araújo. Rafinha Godoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murathan Temren went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Acar Özilter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Rafinha Godoi made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Ali Behzat Timurcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio Pena hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olavo Bastos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Fábio Pena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Mascote FC and the CİCERO players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Vila Mascote FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fábio Pena to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Anıl Arda Kocakalp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafinha Godoi skillfully saved the ball. Vila Mascote FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CİCERO the free kick. Ali Behzat Timurcan scored 2-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafinha Godoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
